Scandic Spectrum
About this hotel
Scandic Spectrum combines an indoor pool with a spa and fitness center, eight minutes from Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek and three minutes from Otto Monsteds Plads, further from Tivoli Gardens directly but built around wellness on site. Air-conditioned, pet-friendly rooms and full-service laundry round out the stay, and Restaurant Aristo sits ten minutes away for dining beyond the hotel. Accessible and smoke-free rooms round out a property that guests rate 7.6 out of 10 across more than 1,700 reviews. The building also sits within reach of Vesterbro's restaurant scene, useful for evenings spent away from the pool and spa. Guests planning a multi-park road trip through Denmark will find the fitness center useful for staying active between long drives.

Our take
Scandic Spectrum is a little further from Tivoli Gardens than the hotels by the gates, so I would book it for its wellness facilities rather than for proximity. An indoor pool, a spa and a fitness center fill the evenings, and Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek is eight minutes away. Rooms are air-conditioned, pet-friendly and smoke-free, laundry service is available, and 1,728 reviews average 7.6.
Why guests love itGuests staying here get a rare combination of an indoor pool and a spa in the same building, which suits travelers who want wellness facilities to be a central part of the stay rather than a side note. The distance from Tivoli Gardens means budgeting a walk or short ride to the park, a trade-off that works best for guests splitting time between the museum district and the gates. The pool and spa combination stands out among nearby options at a similar price.
