Our take
A seven-minute taxi ride from Phantasialand, Hotel am Stern is a relaxed, three-star base, and I would choose it when a free breakfast and pet-friendly rooms matter more than walking to the gates. There is an on-site restaurant, Wi-Fi is complimentary, and accessible facilities are available. An 8.4 rating across 326 reviews suggests well-run, straightforward comfort.
Why guests love itFamilies and coaster fans looking for a comfortable stay near Phantasialand will find Hotel am Stern a practical choice. The free breakfast and pet-friendly policy add value, while the short taxi ride to the park gates means less morning stress. Those prioritizing a direct walk to the park might prefer other options, but the overall convenience is high.
