Our take
Holiday Inn London - Shepperton is a straightforward 4-star choice for a Thorpe Park trip by car, and the indoor pool with a hot tub is what tips it for me after a day of rides. Rooms are simple and air-conditioned, the restaurant and bar are on site, and there is a fitness center and free Wi-Fi. Parking is available and pets are welcome; 1,694 reviews average 8.2.
Why guests love itFamilies and coaster fans looking for a comfortable base near Thorpe Park will appreciate the indoor pool and hot tub for unwinding after a day of thrills. While not directly adjacent to the park, the hotel's amenities like the restaurant and pet-friendly policy make it a practical choice. Those prioritizing a quick walk to the gates might prefer other options, but the overall value here is solid.
