Our take
I would pick the Fairfield Inn & Suites at Flamingo Crossings for a well-rated, uncomplicated base close to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. Rooms are modern and air-conditioned, the year-round outdoor pool works in any season, and the family-friendly restaurant serves American food at every meal. A fitness center completes the basics, and a 9 out of 10 from 1,940 reviews shows it delivers what it promises.
Why guests love itFamilies and coaster enthusiasts staying here will appreciate the proximity to the parks, making early mornings smoother. The on-site restaurant and outdoor pool offer convenient options for winding down after a long day. While the location is a strong point, those seeking a highly themed experience might find the general hotel ambiance less immersive than other options closer to the main gates.
